Math & Science Academy

Today i`ve joined a school at IMSA. i`ve learnt about history and biology there. i see that the school at IMSA is different from the school, where i study in Cambodia. The differences are :
IN USA
- Uniform : Students at IMSA don`t wear uniform during have class.
- Material : Students use Laptop to do their research and their work.
- Teachers : They are so great, good teaching and good explaining about their subjects. for example this afternoon the SEAYLP Fall 2010 joined the history class and other classes.
- Teachers use slide to teach the students during class.
- There are thousand of books and DVD/CD that students can borrow or read.
- There is a cafeteria inside the school. students can eat their lunch after they fished class.
- And there are a lot more .................
IN CAMBODIA
- The students wear uniform during their studies. They have to wear white shirt and blue trousers. They have to decorate their selves to be good students. For my school, students have to be short hair and obey the school rules strictly.
- There is not using Laptop during class. teachers use chalks to write on the blackboard, but some teachers use markers to write on the white board. there is no using slide during teaching.
- There is no cafeteria , but there are some stores like book store and food store for serving breakfast and lunch.
_ Some teachers don`t teach very well during teaching. students have to study part time with teachers like mathematic teachers, physic teachers, chemistry teachers, biology teachers, Khmer teachers, English teachers .......

So i think the education system in USA is higher than in Cambodia. The best thing that i have to do is when i come back to my country, i have to study hard to help teach Cambodian. i want to educate my people to know what i`ve know during i study at USA, at NORTHERN ILLINOIS UNIVERSITY. In the future i expect the education system in USA will be look similar in Cambodia. More over Cambodia will be a developed country and become a better place to live.
